    Post by Albuca 2011-02-24, 07:01

So I have decided that this server is in need of a Maze, so therefore, I have started building it!
Only, I realized that i need to clear out over 5,000 stone blocks just to make the observation floor! Then I have to mine the maze itself below it!

So this is a loooong project =P

Just wanted to get your inputs on it.
Also, any donations of glass (for the ceiling), time, or mining picks/materials would be greatly appreciated!

When finished, the maze will be available to all those who don’t grief ;)
And those who helped will get their names placed permanently somewhere in the project!

    Cheers!

uhh, interesting count me in too, but ummm... the "to those who not grief" would be more like it if we zoned it so no ppl can grief for sure Very Happy

also this has to be well lit so no mobs spawn/fall onto the maze.

Count me in to donate some Gil too, unless Orc gets generous and gives us a free zone Wink

So the entrance is ready, the layout is set, now I just need to make the maze deeper and add a glass/glowstone roof to it!
(If you want to help, let me know in-game and I'll set it as my home and invite you in)
Here's a picture of the entrance:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I'm also supplying public materials and some tools (if I can) for those who are helping dig the maze out!
    Thanks everyone!

Why keep them in a chest all locked away, when I can use them for decorations?
Plus, when I need them, I know where they'll be! =P

You're absolutely right Paradox and my fellow forumites should have noticed that you have actually asked a legitimate question. Just blame it on automatism. We get too many random thread resurrections around here.

As for the answer... I honestly don't know.

    Sorry for the delay everyone.
School's been nuts! Logged in today to do some working, and found of that someone has decided to build a house / settlement above it.
It's all fine and dandy, but they also came in, stole some pumpkins, and some netherak, and glowstone >.>
Alas, no edits for the netherak or glowstone, but the The_Lizardman helped with the roll-back on the pumpkins.
I'll add people to my /home if they'd like to help, but I wont be able to actively work on it until exams are done. (however it is at a phase where it is very simple (yet time consuming) to finish.
So i fixed all of that today instead of working on the maze.

If you'd still like to help I more than welcome to assistance!

    - A

Glowstone and netherak missing (as per the picture bellow and observation right now)
