    Bread: 2-3
    Brick (bar) 2-4
    Cactus: 1-2
    Cake: 5-20
    Clay: .5-1
    Cobblestone: .08-.16
    Compass: 25-30
    (Char)Coal: 1-2
    Cooked Pork: 3-5
    Cookie: .5-1
    Dirt: .04-.07
    Diamond: 50-100
    Gold: 2-5
    Glowstone: 1-5
    Ice: 1-3
    Iron (bar): 3-5
    Lapis: 5.5-11
    Logs: .25-.5
    Moss stone: 2-5
    Netherrack: 1-5
    Pork (raw) .5-2
    Redstone: .16-.32
    Sand: .25-.5
    Soul sand: 1-3
    Stone: .5-1
    Wheat: .5-1

Leave your comments below. I will update this list according to economic changes. :3

Remember, these are SUGGESTED prices. This is simply a guideline to follow in a general manner.

Note: I left out several arbitrary items as well as crafted items. Yes, this was intentional.

everything times 10 at least. As you have proven yourself, money is easy to get when you work for it.

Indeed, but this is generally what I see other people pay/sell/auction for items. I make at least 1k/day now (made about 5 or so k today) since I opened my shop and the items I sell are in this target range (usually the higher spectrum).

Prices are all over the map right now. I've seen people pay 200 for a single diamond, and then a few hours later diamonds for 30 gil get no bids. Tons of it has to do with how many people are online, and at the end of the day, how desperate for said item they are right now.

I've sold iron pickaxes for 300 gil, but you definitely can't get that price at any time of the day.

It's surprising how good people are at figuring out what the current prices are for things, though. It is an artificial economy, and when something happens the price changes a lot. The removal of power picks is going to make lots of prices go higher, for one.

This guide is to be used as a constant, not as a supply-and-demand basis. The fluctuating prices are semi-random (though certain factors benefit/deprecate the value of items as you said), but everything in my store sells FAST. People like that constant at times and I for one LOVE constants since it makes calculating gains/losses MUCH easier (although I will sometimes auction a diamond for 0 gil at times for shits and giggles).

Yeah but constants don't mean much when the economy is fluctuating like crazy.

I remember reading that the Roman emperor Diocletian issued the first edict of prices for products, which was of course completely ignored because the economy dictated the prices, not the emperor. And he was obviously an emperor with near-total control over the empire, but it goes to show that economies operate independently of people rather than being controlled by them.

Economy is based on whatever people want to play and shouldn't be set within a $-$ Guide but still it seems like thats what people are paying Smile.

Do you people not understand the concept of a MSRP/RRP? The guide is a SUGGESTED price guide. Players can sell for more or less if they want to.

I myself would sell cookies for far more, as of yet I've only found the cocoa beans in dungeons. Of course they're pretty useless for 1/2 heart, but the cocoa beans are rare as hell. Unless I'm missing something and you can get them from somewhere else <.<

According to most shops, sell prices are 10 times less than buy prices (Might not make sense). And a Wood Tool is 100 Gil, base your list from there.

Admin shops =/= player shops. Everything in the admin shops are grossly overpriced (500 gil for 1 sap will always make me lol).

Sometimes lapis blocks go for more than diamonds, sometimes they go for nothing. Mainly depends on how many people online, and of course if anyone wants lapis at that particular moment.

It WAS 500 when the shop came out. When Orc learned that I was abusing the shop's sell prices, he changed the prices on some other items (such as saps). Even still, 50 gil for 1 sap = lolz.

No, no ONE would. By the time a new guest gets down the stairs, they'll likely see an auction for a diamond and see that go for 50-100 gil. They then deduce that diamond =/= sap and would not buy said sap. The tools are a possibility but deffo not for a sap. :3
