TP Kill: Killerdonkey1

Sergentpineapple complained of grief at apporx 00:30 PST.
TP'd to him, just to see if I could help. Killed my Killerdonkey1, who was also in the house.
Killer said he would return items, I tp'd to him.
Asked him why. SergentPineapple siad they had been killed frequently and were jumpy.
Accepted, got back items.
Was killed again by KillerDonkey1. TP'd back after user siad he would again return items. Was killed by Killerdonkey1 while he was returning items this time.
I had planned on vacating area after receiving items, and TP'd to user KillerDoneky1 last time when he said he would return items.

At this point this should qualify as a TP kill yes?

Lost the following: Diamond Sword, Diamond Pick, Box, 27 Arrows, Compass, 8 blocks Obsidian, ~14 redstone dust, 6 redstone torches, a little over 1 stack cobble, a few bread, 1/2 stack torches, and a few misc blocks.


I understand the concern about me TP'ing where I was not explicitly invited. I accept the first kill. The second pissed me off. The third breaks the rules (by my understanding).

I am sorry i did not know that was against the rules as it is a pvp server but as he said he tp to me un invitedly + i needed gil after max and jhunz and god and all that ganged up on me and sergentpineapple so i will not give his stuff back un less a mod or an admin tells me to until then the stuf is tecnically mine as I killed u fair and square

After the second time you killed me, i tp'd back because you said you would return the items. I did, and you returned most of them, then killed me with my own diamond sword.

Given the prick attitude and inability to write properly in his own mother language, Killer deserves everything that's coming to him. Damned kids.

still, its a pretty dick move to kill some1 3 or 4 times when in the first place they were only trying to help, then the second and third time he was promised his items back.

if you dont get your stuff back 4o then i feel bad for you man. they say bad shit happens to good people...
