also, will this plugin work the same as the other and take the skin of the Username?? or will you be able to change it?

NPCs and skins are limited by Notch, it isn't something that can be changed at plugin-level. They will all match the skin to the name of the NPC.

Look into BukkitContrib, Afforess is doing some cool stuff.

im thinking of getting an alt account, I dont plan to use it to grief, but thats besides the point. im just wondering if its worth wasting it's name on an NPC.
