Try saving the image into your downloads folder and manually selecting it with the import image button. If that doesnt work then i havent a clue. Hope it helps.

Nevermind, I just logged in today and the picture was loaded. So I haven;t a clue as to what made it work but it ended up fixing it self. Thanks anyways.
