Auto-Farm Help

Hello Everyone,

I have a large farm that has a tree harvester in it.
However I have been having some troubles with it.
It harvestes the trees just fine, but it will not re-plant the trees and for that matter it wouldn't plant the trees when it started i had to plant them myself.
Normally i don't mind a little bit of manual labor (which really is just a bunch of clicks lolz) but I figure that there must be a better way to do this than everyday having to re-plant a hundred or so saplings :/
If you can help it would be greatly appriciated

What is wrong???

I think 1.7.3 just messed up all the sign commands if not updated. (like railroad)

Yeah, I have the code below. But I have a chest set up perpendicular to the track, with two signs, one depositing saplings, the other taking out a stack. If the cart has no saplings, it can't replant.
