    I reformat mine about every 2 or 3 months. Keeps the computer fast and virus free.

    I format as infrequently as possible, I scan my pc and keep it running without all that crap that everyone installs.
    I mainly use ninite for my friends who I clean up their pc and to install programs their missing.

    I reformat my Laptop every month, since I don't keep important shit on it, and it's a terrible laptop, so that's why. But for my desktop, I've yet to reformat it. Just because of the amount of important stuff I have on here.
