Homei was making a tier 4 power pick and after it activated my pick was just the same. so i decided to try again and again and again. is it just me and my pc or does everyone experience this

Runecraft has been incredibly glitchy since 1.3. I noticed the same with my power pick AND my portal. Oddly enough, when I logged on two days later, both were working without me doing anything.

Yah once I gave gamerg a pick axe and he said it has 25 powerpicks on it.. When I have never ever stacked power picks on a pick or even used it on that. Sometimes it takes time for the rune to work also etc.

It should not have worked that way anyway. It stores power tool data by the character, not the item. I.E. If PureCraft made a power pick out of diamond, gave it to Grintendo, the diamond pick would behave like normal for Grintendo. Then if Pure crafted a NEW diamond pick, it would exhibit the desired power pick properties.
This is also true for situations such as mine. I fell in lava and lost my power pick. Made a new one, it stick worked like normal.

It happens from time to time, just look for the confirmation message in chat after using a rune. If it's not there, runecrafting is bugged for you. Just wait, and it will sort itself. There is a possibility you will have to wait for next server restart/crash.
