    i was looking at eccenotcem on the world map, and i think i saw teleport runes so...
    if i can, how would i go about teleporting there?

    Not. We have a couple of people working on a railroad system. The runes are for quick transport during construction.

    Yeah i build this rune to teleport me to my vault ^^ the city is at east and my home at the west so i don't need run so much xD
