"Abandoned" Home?

Hey guys. I have this 'abandoned' home I've had my eye on for a while. I used the /bb stick when we had it to check history, but since the logs were reset, no luck there.

JarvisD couldn't figure if the house was abandoned or not. Could someone check for me to see if it is abandoned?

The owner sign of the house says "Ven0m84" and "sebz82".

Again, don't wanna grief or steal or whatever, but this house is pretty loaded and I don't wanna break any rules.

Yes some chests are locked by sebz, but have not been used since reset of logs.

Maybe check the banned logs? I vaguely recall their names being mentioned in a comPlaint some weeks back.

These guys still live here, i saw venom on a couple weeks ago aswell as sebz. I talked with them about their house and complimented it.

I would be happy to split anything with Monstaboi. Really, I've got my eye on the 2 sponges they've got up in their chest room. I mean, the loot would be EPIC, but really, the sponges are what I'm wantin'.

no, the chests arent. they're locked to sebz82, he just allowed venom to access them. id like it if u would unlock the chests when im on, or lwc em to me

I'd be happy to leave the place alone. They did build a pretty sick house.

I lost my sponges when I was exploring. I fell down a really long mineshaft and didn't get back to my body in time. If you have 4 to spare, I'd love'em. You can have the house! It's almost too nice to loot anyway.
