we need another server event. i suggest a large cuboided glass area, filled with ghasts by orc that when killed drop valuables. any ideas?

Why do we need events in a survival server when the mobs already drop diamond blocks lol.

Jarvis is completely right. Mobs now drop every valuable commodity except diamond and lapis.
Just don't bother with events, make the mobs drop diamond as well as glowstone, netherrack, and portable fire.

Wow, the mob drops just crushed any point of auctioning or selling anything. Nothing is valuable anymore, honestly.

The diamond blocks are at 1% drop, only from creepers. Which in theory means if you kill 100 creepers, you get a diamond block. I wouldn't exactly call that "crushed".

Yes giving chain and regular diamonds have a higher frequency. Yes it is crushing as it can take forever to mine for them. Especially 9...

With a decent sized mob farm you can figure out ways to industrially farm anything that mobs drop, even the stuff that takes direct kills. You just have them sheperded into an area and fire a billion arrows into it. You don't even run out of arrows because mobs drop those too
