    MY idea is the killing of dogs in a non-pvp area should be semi-grief related, with a half day temporary ban.

    The reason is, if you're going out of your way to kill their dog when it's not hurting you, that's technically grief. Since it is, however, killing an npc, there should be no permanent ban for it.

    I think this would solve a lot of quarrels
