I 100% want to be a part of this city.

I would like to make a private house here, with a small shop attached to it. It isn't too big, it looks like it'll fit just fine.

I want to make a house there sO I wont get griefed. Since It is gonna be zoned.

Well... Imight like a 20x20ish plot for a shop (and possibly storage) so yea... Tell me the price that would be and I might be in (imacheck the other cities prices too, but I think Eccenotcem is probably my favorite)

Im Getting a private house maybe doubling as a steak shop.
