Three Ideas, Would need a lot of help

Hey! I have recently thought of three ideas, two of which I have discussed already on the forum and a new third one, tell me what you guys think:
1. Building the entire Hyrule from Ocarina of Time, not including the dungeons, or the desert (the gate leading to the desert might be the entrance to the place)
2. A PvP arena fairly close to spawn, not too big, maybe around 8x8 or 10x10 for the actual arena, and a viewing area at the sides.
3. A coliseum arena, far from spawn, with pre-built houses inside the walls, allowing people to purchase the houses.

you should do the Hyrule kingdom one because we probably already have 10 PvP arenas and the zleda one would be something different, however i wont beable to help cus im building R'yleh

i suggest building clock town from majoras mask, and ask minilink for help im sure he would love to xD

Clock Town would be awesome too
Although I am a much bigger fan of MM than OOC, I think Hyrule is where it's at!
If I did build clock town I wouldn't bother with the rest of Termina

Build entire Middle Earth in a scale of 1:1. :3

Is the server big enough? Also, I have no freakin clue what most of ME looks like! Would need to let someone else handle that

Watch all 3 movies, get ideas on how the towns/castles look like, google maps.
Play LotRO(Lord of the Rings Online), MMO featuring almost entire ME for months and rebuild it part by part. :3

i'd be happy to help build houses for the colloseum, but im not a fan of getting killed in the process...

there was something like the 3rd suggestion in the old map, built by filmjolk, it was pretty impressive
