    I followed Orc's instructions on downloading that thing and what not but it won't let me chose where to save it specifically to. And when i try to open it it gives me some error message, can anybody help me out on this? It would be greatly appreciated.

    Save it anywhere and drag 'n' drop it into the correct folder. You shouldn't be opening the .jar, that's why it gives you an error.
