iv been practicing building homes and other things, so now that iv gotten better id like to offer my services to everyone.
all my houses come with windows, indoor lighting (Default is torches, if u want something more then you must provide the mat's) and 1 workbench and 1 furnace. Porches may be Reduced in size or increased in size. for every 1x1 block change its 1 gil, so if you want a Standard home with a 3x4 porch its 3 gil off the price of the home, if you want a standard with a 3x6 its 3 gil added to the price of the home.
Basic Homes (1 floor, somewhere in a 5x10x5 area((not including upper part of roof)), No furniture, no basement. No Porch) - Cost is 100 gil and all mat's or 150 gil if no mat's are provided (Not including lighting)
Standard homes (1 Floor, 10x10x5, Table and chairs, Fireplace w/Couch, 8x8x3 basement, 3x5 Porch) - Cost is 250 gil w/ Mat's provided, 300 w/o
Elite Homes (2 Floors, 10x15x10, Table, Chairs, Fireplace, Couch, Bed ((By request only, considering chunk errors)), up too 2 additional Furniture by request, 10x10x5 basement, Storage shed w/ 2 double chests included but space for up to 12 depending on how you use it, Small Attic, 4x10 porch) - Cost is 500 w/ Most mat's included (Excluding chest and bed) 750 w/o.
Custom - ???? (Everything is up to you, Design, Mat's used, size, everything. but the price is determined after construction, price cannot go over 1k but there is an initial 100 gil charge upfront, but because of this, your project becomes top priority, and is finished before all other orders.

E.C. Inc. Now has a chain shop. We Buy what we need for projects in our main shop and HQ in Laputa, and we sell everything else building related in every shop we own. all the shops will have a TP rune to our main HQ/16bit embassy in Laputa.
