my suggestions would be this:

This one is awesome, basically when you crouch, instead of going slower you go faster, plus they have a a fatigue bar too. and you can make it where you have to have leather boots to use it. (Maybe donators get free leather boots for life?) and its all configurable and permissions supported.

This last one is pretty cool, but doesnt have to be for donator only:

It lets you keep your items when you die if you have an extra "Life". its compatable with iconomy too, you can make it where u can buy lives, or make you loose gil every time you die but you never loose your stuff.

we could make this one where donators have infinite(?) or maybe just so many free ones a day, and members and guests have to pay for every single one.
