Cash after Donation gone.

Hello! Iwe reacted on one thing after rollback. Everything is rollbacked, but not our cash.

Just b4 this accident of Orcworms, iwe donated 15e and became member. Also i got some more cash when i donated but all those are gone.. inculed my items i bough for thouse cash.

I were told to post it on the forum, but where i do not know so i posted it here.

I have a similar problem. I lost 850 gil through an auction for 5 diamond blocks, and due to the rollback not only those 45 diamonds and 20 more I got during night and today are gone, but also the money I spent through auctions or shops.

Is it possible to return inventories or chests if this rollback now is definitive? Or - alternatively and better than nothing - the gil?

Actually, same here... I lost the 500gil I got from donating an extra 5 bucks.

Oh, I know, yo. Plan on giving about 15 CAD per month (considering it takes 60 flippin' pounds to run (like 110 CAD), but it was just something to note to add strength to OP's post.

Regardless of the means through which money and items are acquired, if they were acquired LEGITAMATELY and were lost in a rollback, I think they should be refunded.

Hmmm... BUT, if someone was uber lucky and got 40 diamonds next to his home, he would get those back and go mine them again, getting 40 diamonds for free... >.<

but i purchased the diamonds, and since the money system didnt get rolledback i think thats a reasonable request to get my diamonds back

Sure, I just like fighting people's ideas back.

iConomy runs off MySQL, the tables do not roll back like the server map does, hence all kinds of strange problems pop up like this.

I saved 45% by switching to Geico...

In all honesty, Im not complaining, I sold about a stack of diamonds for around 2000 gil, all the money and the diamonds are now in my back pocket

Also, Ive still got all the stuff Zu shanked me for, so x 2

The night after the /barrage was used and the server started crashing, an admin (don't remember who, I think Jarvisd or Yarwood) auctioned a few diamond blocks - I think for fairness they should return those blocks to the bidders (I was the winner of a 5 block diamond auction), but I'm afraid they can't remember/know who the bidders were .

muttley one one of those for 10blocks or something like that, then proceeded to sell 3 to me, and though he now has my money, i dont have the diamonds

well... this is bad... if its not fixed, well, its gonna fuck the economy in the ass by giving tons of other peoples money to some other people. some people gain twice what they had, some people loose half of what they had.[sarcasm] yeah. thats fair. [/sarcasm]

and this happens every major rollback, for the same reason that orc said. i personally lost 100 gil on iron, and 500 on milk the day cows were not banned. but i just ended up saying "fuck it" because i didnt want to complain about everything. .-.

To be fair, this is the second time out of seven months when I've had to roll a map back. The first was in November when Arbr drained the water off the whole map.

my favorite part about this one was when you did the final /Barage (Fail spelling, Rofl)
me and jhubbz_ got stuck in the broken server. we could move, take damage, and explore. but we couldnt destroy, build, or damage mobs. or at least thats how it was for me. After that i just stopped playing, something just told me "TAKE A BREAK FROM ORCWORM! ... or you'll regret it..." so i guess it was for the better. would have lost alot buying wool and wood for houses and my city :c

What is /barrage?
Cause it sounds FUN!!!
