    There is an abandonned city/castle that i would like to claim for my own city. The coordinates are x 81 y 63 z -251.

    The castle was made by Zahlin on the 6th April, according to the log he is still active as of 13th May, so you'll have to discuss any plans with him when you next catch him online.
