The structure was built by Sylasism on the 10th April, I haven't personally seen him/her recently so I think it'd be fine for you to take ownership of it.
With that being said if the owner does return they're completely within their right to retake ownership.

My problem with it is when it turns into the other argument thats going on right now with two active owners And its different because the other one only had some scattered mossy this one has an established base. Guess cross that bridge when you get there sort of applies but how will that person feel when he gets back from his vacation (assuming thats where he has gone) and his base has been invaded, possibly even modified to something he doesn't like.. is it worth losing playerbase so someone can live in his square cobblehouse?
