I have looked all around the forums and find no adventure map section!
I suggest you make one (no minecraft forum is complete without one)

I've got it for three years (Company set prices incorrectly) so if you want to try any maps on it just let me know.

At one point during one of the earier beta versions, someone made a server-version of Mo'Creates and Humans+.

I would like to see an RP map server to support possible Role play games brought out onto the server that will be good.

Imir has been looking hard for a spot in the map to possibly take RP in game, but we cant find one.

if we had our own map/server for RP not only will we have plenty of space, but we could have our own chat too, so we wouldn't bother anyone.

What about another world? Though Im not sure how having 3 worlds running at the same time would work out (Im assuming not very well). Plus, theres still the issues with chat and bringing items back and forth.

this is a good idea, we could always look for a plugin that allows multiple channels. iv seen one that isnt herochat, but i forget what its called... :/

as Rp moderator i feel it is my duty to contribute to this discussion.

a map or a world dedicated to roleplay would be very good in my opinion, even if it was shared with an adventure map, clear bourdries could be set and with the help of world edit we could even put up a physical barrier. alternate chat plugins would be nesacery, i would be happy to help in the moderation of this if it came to be...

I would hope that if Role-play was introduced, you'd have something to do with it Imir

If it would go ahead I don't mind sharing a map i would like to assist in setting it up aswell in terms of building towns, locations and stuff. Also I can help with moderation and stuff as well. I just hope this can get off the ground.

i think it would work quite well, two classes of moderator: roleplay moderator and adventure moderator. but i feel it would bring something fresh to the server and i know there are a large backing of people who want to see some roleplay in-game, staff, donators and members...

Not to be a downer but without Role-play in game i see it being quite pointless? Having it in-game would be awesome and there's been enough talk about it let's get it done !

And a breath back to realism although rp is great and fun on paper And simple to do when acting it out on a server situation it requires dedication from everyone that takes part and also from the main admins running it with the state of minecraft any intricate, plugin heavy server will always have to constantly adjust to having updates constantly wiping out plugins and this is why most rp servers fall on minecraft not enough dedication I hope this doesn't hold true to this if it goes ahead.

True, haven't experienced many RP servers myself but your totally right...

Well I've played on a few rp servers but I find that factions just fighting other factions doesn't work there has to be some kind of objective too fight for and there has to be rules and stuff limiting factions because all that would come of it is a faction FFA where nothing ever gets done. I would give my heart to any rp server I would support. I can think of a scenario already that would work...

well if are discussing rp scenarios, post it on writers block. however, i would be putting my all into the server (Time irl and education permitting) and i would contribute as much as i can and hopefully establish several scenarios...
