What I had planned did not go to plan... mainly mono errors, lots of mono errors.

Will be upgrading the VPS currently running the Terraria server tonight / tomorrow since it looks like I'm gonna be stuck using Windows for a while.

Will also update to latest tMod, hopefully rollbacks will then function correctly.

Ah, well. I'm at "Found Server", no progress beyond that (if you had done anything with it as of yet).

Server has a whitelist now, and I was directed here for getting on to it. I apologise if this is the wrong forum topic, (which is likely) but can you please add "Whyte" to your whitelist?

I like how I've been gone for like a week and this convo has been turned into Terraria on 2D macs,though I don't see how it couldnt run on a 2D MAC I mean srsly dud. It's 2D, on 2d.

u guys think terraria is big enough for a suggestions topic? By that i mean structures. Because i am imagining a tall ancient castle with a spiral stairway, i know how to make those, and different themed rooms such as desert, dungeon, water, and hell.

Preferable an underscore, since Terraria's whitelist plugin won't accept names with spaces in unfortunately. It's ridiculous, but still, I'm no plugin developer ;p.

minecraft is about digging and building mainly... this means you can shape you dreams into buildings and other stuff...

terraria is very similar to minecraft in every bit, however its not a copy of minecraft. Its completely new game with similar idea. Terraria is much more focused on mining (much much more depth and different biome deep underground) and fighting (lots of monsters, bosses, equipable items, weapons, spells...)

So if you like more mining and you are bored of hard limit of 128 blocks terraria is better for you. for example i like terraria becaue there are not many good mining games. one i played before was "motherload".
