Request for a Repo of Akrate's Property

I would like to have this area cleared as I may have plans for this area (and the fact he is banned and has been denied; located here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]) Yes, the logs were erased so there is no other way to prove this is his property other than by his signing the sign.

I wish to have his property either turned over to myself or demolished. Thank you.

If he is banned I see no problem with that.

Needs nuking, not a very pleasing sight for guests as they leave the spawn.

Make sure you only destroy Akrate's things, I noticed a few other players set up camp there too.

It's a bit difficult to do without logs... any way you could segment who's property is whose around that area using old logs?
