SPGiygas: Stealing Shop Chest from his own resident in Acheron

Today the city council member of Acheron SPGiygas stole 18 Diamonds out of a chest which was /lwc protected before the update - it seems that the chest got bugged. According to the new rules, stealing out of bugged protected chests is not allowed.

I tried to contact SPGiygas nicely before, and asked if he can return them, but after he first ignored me, it seems that SPGiygas is not willing to return it and steals valueable items out of chests from his own residents, regardless of how much someone contributed to his city.

While this is a ban (or resignment from council) and return request, this is also a warning to the mentality and behavior of the city council member of Acheron, SPGiygas. While the other council members and the City itself is very nice, it seems that one specifically doesn't behave as he should.

Okay sorry I wasn't aware of the rule change that suddenly happened. You'll get your 19 Diamonds back (It was 19 Diamonds!)

Seems the chest shops are only working with a difference of '1' block between the chest and the sign in 1.6.*, despite the config still showing the figure as '2' - thus the chest remained unlocked unlike the others in the room.
