Question about bonemeal and ink sacks

im wondering if we are still allowed to turn bonemeal into ink sacks using the auction system. Im wondering this because i need about 5 stacks of black wool for this project im doing, and i dont have nearly enough time to go hunting down 300 black sheep. and since there is no squids, there is no other way to get a lot of black wool right now.

I thought mobs sometimes drop ink sacks?

dont have time to go killing 500 mobs either

To be honest, getting black ink from squids was hard enough, the yield of black ink from mobs is probably the same or greater than what you'd find with squids...

well anyways im pretty sure custom drops is down right now anyways, so the only way to get ink sacks AT ALL right now is through the auction thing

well just to tell, b4 1.6 creepers dropped ink sacs, now it dosen't, so Ciphon have a point..

The custom drops work, the config file just reset its self, as seems to be a common occurance with these plugins. So far it's still a blank drop table ;p.

bonemeal->ink sack is my real question though, allowed or not allowed

Ciphon, use your head, is that meant to happen or is it a glitch due to the ID:ID system when spawning certain items?

im PRETTY SURE orc was going the other way on that one grin :-p abusing any bugs are bad even if they are common and everyone knows about them. will you be penalized for using them? no idea, but i still wouldnt do it just to CYA (Cover Your Ass). OBVIOUSLY someone should go and fill in that empty drop table instead of saddling innocent awesome members on the server.
