Been banned for griefing

Please provide evidence.

I think I know what I did red. I built below your cobble stone.

However, your cobblestone and your wood were surrounding me so how is that not a bannable offence. Your wood especially around my sign, maybe not completely surrounding me but the fact that you put it there was just stupid. Why cant you just play the game instead of looking for stupid little loophole in the rules. Grow the fuck up.

Pre banning there was a sort of going back and fourth between me and Mtbers. I and a few other people have designated an area using dirt to place statues. Mtbers built a 1x1 pathway off our designated area with a sign saying SHOP. I retaliated by building a wall on our area in the area where his shop pathway came off. The second thing I did was build a wall one block away from his shop high enough so we don't have to see its 5x over priced items and his clearly purposeful attempt to aggravate us. He then built a massive platform connected to my platform which has no other reason but to attempt to cause additional aggravation.

Also in response to his claiming that i'm looking for loopholes. This started with him searching for them and I only i've only retaliated to his actions. I definantly would not have continued this issue at all if he had not modified his build to better grief mine and if he had not proceeded to insult me in game afterwards in such a self righteous way attempting to make himself seem above the rules

Also, Please stop attempting to insult me Mtbers, it makes you look immature.

How was i purposefully aggravating you?

I simply wanted gil to buy stuff in the game so i could build stuff. That was simply a good location.

If I recall, you started this issue by placing the shop in such a way that it was a clear attempt to cause annoyance. Also, once again I am attempting to remind you. Throwing insults only makes you look more immature.

I'd like to add that after the fact and the primary reason I asked for an admin to come and solve the issue is because he then proceeded to insult me.

So? Shall we then also ban Grintendo or the dozens of other shop owners because they made an extension to the main road out of NOS? Because that it technically griefing too.

Its not really that irreverent. Redjello claimed to me afterwards that the land was his yet there were no markers or signs.

Um, he griefed a wall in front of my place, obstructing me from building or modifying with out asking permissions, which I tried to do from redjello.

I can only assume that mtbers has been unbanned already and that all involved parties have apologized to each other all ready.

Nah, he's still banned, and he doesn't appear to want to be unbanned. So uh... that's that.
