Banned for griefing

I had a falling out with the owners of a small area of plots called RedWood which involved them building a cobblestone wall in front of my house telling me to very rudely leave with the letters FU spelled out in signs on it. I decided to be playful about it and construct a giant NO U out of dirt on the other side of the wall which I admit was childish. Apparently placing dirt next to a wall telling me to F off is grief. If it's causing too much trouble I'll tear the building down and move it somewhere else, I offered to repair the damage done to the wall and apologized. I think that the banning was unjustified as both parties were in the wrong. Unless a giant wall made of cobblestone telling me to get lost counts as an official building I can't see what I griefed and this whole thing has been blown out of proportion. I hope this gets sorted out so I am allowed to rejoin.

no, he griefed whole wall with dirt blocks, Jarvis removed it but didn't ban him.

Actually I did ban him derp. The third picture also is irrelevant to the case also.
