Orc told me that if someone was griefed, you can't use that grief as a means of getting into a restricted area. That being the case, this was an illegal kill.

I just talked with my brother a bit more and he said he saw you using a compass to get to him, and where exactly is this fence with sand? Please show me, yes it could be important

No TP-killing so far I can tell. But lose the attitude Stoned. That is REALLY not making you friends around here.

Look dude, I understand your not a native speaker but can you at least TRY to type something that kinda sorta resembles a proper, preferably acronym-free, sentence?

Re: tp kill report
Laughing out loud. Yes English isn't my main language, but i do know how to type a proper sentence.
But that dosen't mean i have to do that, unless i feel like it.
find me a rule from this forum/server, that says i have to type in a proper, preferably acronym-free way.
Do this and i'll type like this every time, i post on the forum, or in the chat on the server..

Well I would kill people if they were call me a fucking wussy all the time. Why don't you share some chat logs of what muttley was saying to him and you will understand why he was killing him.
Anyhow there is no real proof he used compass..

dakeville rules say that you can't, build out of your plot line, and this took place in dakeville, and if using someone elses grief as a way to kill someone, is illegal, he used thetrxracer's sand-next-to-a-fence grief to pvp. grief is defined as this... from the rulesZuWrath wrote:Orc told me that if someone was griefed, you can't use that grief as a means of getting into a restricted area. this sand block was in the surrounding area of a fence, allowing pvp access... just pointing this outRules wrote:Building above or surrounding or below someone else’s blocks is considered griefing.

Thetrxracer told Muttley31 in public chat that he placed it there himself several times, to get over a fence.

How is what was being said in-game relevant to his posts on the forum?

so you're confirming the story that stonednello used other player's grief to pvp?

Re: tp kill report
lets see, this is now in violation of the 'loophole' rule then stonednello
and stoned: that rule you asked for:
1.- Write Clearly
No “1337 5p33k”, unless it's to make a point. The exception to the rule is (for now) to write “B4NH4MM0RZ”, when someone writes something that can seem wrong, but is in no way a bannable offence.) No SHOUTING either, please. In case you're not good with English; please do your best, ask someone who knows or use a translator, since we're an international community, and therefore the official language is English. As for thread titles, don't use anything that might be offensive or mean, remember to make it meaningful as to what your thread is about. Vague titles are annoying to us and un-helpful to yourself, just like titles in “all caps”, and they will be deleted.
“1337 5p33k” covers acronyms

Re: tp kill report
Okay so, a bunch of people got killed.. on a pvp server.. the guy didnt place the sand, someone else did, if you are suggesting someone is accountable for the actions of everyone else if they intend to pvp you might aswell turn pvp off. The amount of bitching and handholding is ridiculous. Gets old dont you think?

Re: tp kill report
I read the thread, the killings are supposed to be illegal because the means of access to the area the kills happened was technically a grief by a city member, but ciphon seems to think the killer should have figured out who placed the block of sand that allowed him access then researched the rules and recieved opinions of interpretation on them before jumping the fence and killing the people insulting him on the inside.. Re: tp kill report
Might I refer you all to the topic title and _then_ to the sixth post in the topic. Whether or not stonedjello, about who this complaint is, used "grief" by another player, namely therxracer, to reach the area is irrelevant. Stonedjello is _not_ responsible for that. Yes, he should have been able to figure out that the area was "off limits" and yes he should have done the right thing by calling Staff and not exploiting it for all it's worth but that is, as far as I can deviate from the current (soon to be replaced) rule set, not bannable.
Also might I remind people that what any member of staff said in an offhand command is not an immediate enforceable rule? You can hardly expect people to have read/remembered everything someone ever said. The _only_ rules that are/should be enforced are the one on the website/rules-topic.
