I'm now making houses for other players to buy, and do as they wish to them. the majority of them are located at or are close to the border of the map to minimize the amount of grief.
Here is one of my most recent projects. This house is going for 500 gil.
These homes are nothing special, just a way for newer players to get started and for other players to buy as they wish for homes or miscellaneous reasons.
