I think i have been accidently banned

I have not been given a reason why ive been banned, and i dont think that i have done anything that should mean i got banned, can anyone tell me what the reason is?

He went to his neighbour and stole all the lava he had ( around 10 -20 lava blocks) and placed it all around his house, the first 2 pics show where the lava is stolen from and the last one shows his house

the guys house was menocrafi, or something along those lines, me and him had an incident a few weeks ago, where he stated that he was moving out of that house, he hasnt been there for weeks, litterally hasnt done anything, and destroyed half of his house, i assumed that i could take the remainder as he obviously wasnt using it, i can replace the lava easily, i think that this is all abit harsh though seeing as he doesnt even live there..

I still paid for the plot, and the one that you ran half of your house through without permission. If I wasnt going there i wouldnt have noticed my lava was gone, its just hard to develop a house on your property when someone else has theirs on it.

my house doesnt overlap your plot atall, look i dont wanna argue, ill give back the lava, i wouldnt have taken it if i thought you still wanted it, i apologise, feel free to take it back/ill give it back to you
