'Massive' Demolition

I'm done with the ugly ass plank building of me near Orcworm's statue (next to it), I'll hire 1-3 guys/girls to tear down the walls and roof (i'll do the floor myself) and I'll figure out a payment soon for each.

I will still use some area for it for the teleport to Speex and a part for a nicer looking building for a shop. Though the building will need to be removed and I'll contact Jhubbz and The_Music_Man

mind if i grab a 16x4 area of said land, or will you still have use for it?

I'll first mark the land which I still want to use, then the rest is free to be used ofc.

Spx, what's becoming on the land? If you're not keeping it, please let me know and i can claim it in the name of staff.

That way it'll be protected from buildings unless someone tells us what they plan to create, and then the spawn clear up team (being me (who usually leaves all the work to Jar) and Jar) will decide .

Demolishing is my specialty...I'll be on 2morrow with my pick :}
