Walla56 is a rule breaker. (Actually true this time.)

Walla56 has broken these rules:
--- Safe Zone: 16 block radius outside of a considerable house | Owner: owner of house
--- Safe Zone: 16 block radius outside a previously announced project | Owner: current builders
- Initiating PVP Combat in a Safe Zone if you are not the Safe Zone's owner is not allowed.

I wasn't going to do this if he stopped harassing my town, which he didn't.
I know I don't have any proof(which I'm sorry about)but, would I really lie about this?
By the way, isn't a town a previously announced project? If so my whole town is a safe zone because everyone who lives there is a builder.
He has been periodically coming to my town and killing everyone he can get to. Every kill I've seen him do was when people are working on their houses, so they were obviously in a safe zone. He has even killed me inside my house a few times. All of this would make every kill he has in my town illegal and all I want is our items returned followed by a ban.

I'm sure the members of my town who have been killed by Walla will post their stories.

Yah I have not heard anyone say that you can't kill people in their homes or cities in a long time lol.

Nooo... But its called "General Information and RULES" wouldn't it be a good idea for these to be the same?

Really? I assumed Filler's rules were the law of the land as of that thread.

That's good because I think the no killing in/around their home rule and not killing in established cities is utter bullshit.

Sweeeet! I LOVE raiding towns (provided timeer doesn't tp + god kill me again like in that narbtown that I shall not name) but was reluctant to attack anyone due to the absurd strictness of Filler's rule set on PvP rules.

I'm sorry...But the fact that Fillerb's rules are still Linked at the top of this forum's main page kinda throws me off a bit.

I agree with jess, if this is how we're doing it we NEED to remove/change the rules linked to the forums. :/ Reaaaally sends the wrong message if some people go with one set of 'official' rules and another goes with the 'other' set. I don't want to be forced into banning a respectable person for a stupid reason again because the harsher rules exist but aren't being acknowledged as 'the' rules.

Make them both the same.
