Rule clarification please

This is mostly a request for rule clarification.

If a player A tp's Play B to his home, to show them something: Is it legal for player B to kill Player A, still in his home?
Bad manners, of course, but breaking rules?

Player A = me
Palyer B = Sammeh48

I believe it depends on the circumstances.

I was told that if you teleport someone to you without them knowing beforehand, then Player B is allowed to kill Player A.

In THIS case, however, I am your witness. You were both aware that you were going to teleport him to you. And, as he clarified earlier, his ultimate intention was to kill you.

This, I believe, is a case where Player B has TP Killed.

(He tried to do the same to me earlier, remember? But muh place is zoned, derp.)

After he killed you he said, "I waited in your house then backstabbed you (I'm a pussy )"

Note: I'm not making fun of him; That is what he actually said.

Just to clarify, no rule was broken as such.

You were merely backstabbed

However if you return to your house and he is there, ask him to leave, if he refuses, /tphere to spawn.
