Nothing interesting on my single player. I put on hard and do the wanderer play style. I found building less satisfying when only you see it

I deleted my first one (it had a bunch of chunk errors with random straight up mountains everywhere) It was a seed too (something like 404). I started a new one and got myself lost in a cave.....nothing special except taking advantage of pistons.

I would give you guys my favorite world but im using the Aether mod and a lot of Aether materials... try the seed "Benevolent Lands". I came up with the seed and it seems like this world really is benevolent. Lots of easy accessible resources and a house-like cave near the spawn that can be turned into a shelter without a lot of efford.
