This place abandoned? Also unlock a chest for me. friend won't come on anymore =/

I want to know if 1207, 70, 209 place is abandoned. Its just siting there, no activity, says made 7-7 but no sign of it on the sign.... plz someone check it out. =B

Also there is a chest in my hut that my friend wont unlock for me bc he is playing vindictus.. >.< DrkFiddles... plz unlcok it. thx. =B
