About a week ago, a guy named Junth said he would build in my new town. He placed nothing except a locked chest that has a password. He has still not built anything or showed any care about building there. He did not buy a plot or buy anything from me, i gave him the plot for free, and it was a big plot (about 30X30). I really need this chest removed, so if someone can please help me in doing so that would be great.

He was new to the game, I haven't seen him online ever except for that day, and hes not registered on the forums.
