Well yes, one of my big projects is now for sale!
The reason for the selling of this place is that i do not have time to rent out rooms/make more.
Also it isnt within my interest either, sadly enough
I like to build, and thats really it.
Iam gonna start of cheap at this and the lowest bid i will set is 800 gil

Some useable facts
The pyramid is 65x65 at the biggest
The pyramid consists of 4 floors (with 4 blocks walls then roof)
At first floor there is 6 rooms
At Secound floor there is 4 rooms
at third floor there is 2 rooms
at fourth floor there is 1 room
There is a reseption at first floor
There is a Cave for customers leading under the pyramid (8 blocks from bedrock)
A mini-pyramid with space for a shop or something in that direction
