Is X-ray a Temp Ban?

Is x-ray a perm ban or a temp ban? I got banned recently for using it and I would like to know. If its a temp ban then just disregard this, I can wait, but if it is perm, I would like to be pardoned, as it does not say it cannot be used in the rules, and should perhaps be added.

X-ray is generally permaban, and usually a global ban.

Any exploit or 3rd party modification that gives an unfair advantage or causes lag will result in a ban. This includes, but is not limited to, flying, speedhacks, xraying or the use of transparent texture packs.

X-ray is a kind of exploit. Therefore, it's the FIRST fucking rule. Also, it's a permanent ban with no right to appeal. ^_^

No, it isn't a temporary ban. No, we aren't going to unban you. Yes, it is listed in the rules. Even better it is rule number 1.
