NPC killer in My City?!?

Dear Orc,
My guess would be blockybowboa did this bc its a npc of him. You see in the middle of my city theres a NPC that says dieeee seaNINJA when u get close to it. I am not a fan of this NPC haunting my city. He is watching us.....

I'd gladly fix this if i had any /npc commands at all :p
