TP killed by Goldenstalion

Ok, so we were dueling it out in his little town , i had died and went back home and I was going through my TP/Waypoint . He knew that's where i came from and was waiting for me and killed me as soon as I showed up. I can't fight back because I appear before I can move, his defense is that he was inside his house , well he built a house OVER my Tp/Waypoint station. So my question is Illegal TP Kill? And if so what ?

My testimony,
Will was killing my friends in frozen side, a town that I own. PVP is illegal in the town, so I wanted to evict him. He continued being hostile and attacking us, so we went in my house and waited for him. He kept killing us. unprovoked. And to my knowledge spawn camping =/= tp killing.

Town isn't zoned.

The kill is not illegal. You are the one that teleported to his location. That he attacked you while you were still "loading" is unsporting and lame beyond words but not against the rules.

But I would like to check out that house/town/whatever. If your Waypoint truly was there first than I could see it as grief as he made your work was basically rendered null and void. So coordinates please?

And fuck your people and your endless goddamned towns which make you think you can do anything you want in it.

I second that, Willjw18 killed me without any notice, I came because he was angry about where our house was. he didnt announce anything about us duelling but just continued to try to kill us.
I think this complaint isn't needed, because non of us have done anything wrong.

Whether he killed you without any notice or not is irrelevant. This is a PVP-server and you do not have the right to declare that certain portions of it, especially unzoned ones, are "PVP-free".

And F3 or /where.

His waypoint rune had no clear sign of ownership. I honestly thought it was the public teleporter which I built around, after I purchased the town, to maximize the amount of people seeing my rules board.

Don't give a fuck and you shouldn't assume things like that.

I didn't build the structure maliciously to annoy him, as I said I thought it was mine after seaNINJA and zoombia sold me the town. I think it's fair to assume that I would own the towns public facilities if I owned the town itself.

Also there are signs all around it that say where it teleports to.

there were no names on it. I thought the town was synonymous with pvp areas so it had tp's to other arena's and that the receiver rune was from a teleporter was owned by seaNINJA in a major city.

Did you read the signs?

You could have even gone through the teleporter to see whats on the other side.

I have no real interest in PVP! The signs just said "welcome to frozen side" and wherever the other one went to.

FillerB from my understanding willjw18 asked peanutisland to tp to him and then when peanutisland arrived willjw18 instantly killed peanutisland. surely this counts as a tp kill!

The other signs said To September Duo Spleef Arena! Which is the name of the HQ where the Spleef Arena is.

However you did ask for him to be tp'd to you with the intent of you killing him.

Wait sorry I did not read that correctly, I declined all requests of someone tping to me T told Peanut to meet me at the Tp/Waypoint where i killed him for making that building.

And to be clear I DID NOT ask for anyone to be teleported to me. Nor, was anyone teleported to me.

I don't even know what the spleef arena is! It isn't common knowledge, that's for sure. I thought it was just some random PVP arena that citizens of frozen side used. Furthermore I did not make your teleporter unusable. I did not destroy it in any way, so therefore it isn't a grief. Therefore there is no real argument for banning me now, as FillerB ruled out the kill.

The kill is out but we are discussing the griefing factor. Anyway, most Minecraft Multiplayer players know what Spleef is. Also, you can't just make assumptions like that the Griefing is being investigated by FillerB (I think) Just because yyou payed some Gil to someone doesnt mean you can do whatever you want lol it's not even zoned!

I did not ask you to TP to the town I wasn't after you anyway GoldenStalion was my target but you happened to be close by so I went ahead and killed you. I repeat I DID NOT ask anyone to TP to me or was anyone TPd to me also I DID NOT ask to be TPd to anyone nor was I.

I am discussing the grief. I did not make your teleporter "Null and Void" as FillerB describes. Therefore it is not a grief! simple as that. Your teleporter still works, I have not defiled it, I have not destroyed it, I have not stripped it of its core function. Your argument is ridiculous that because of a misunderstanding and me building a structure around your contraption allowing it to do what you intend it to do. Allowing you to enter new frozen side and take part in its activities and used its facilities! I have not inhibited your ability to do anything, I have not maliciously stripped you of your hard work creating the rune, and furthermore have not denied you the luxury of using it! It is not a grief! You are being hypocritical stating that paying gil does not allow the freedom to do as you choose with the land. As you probably payed for the land your self and are expecting rights!

Why would I want a house around it? So people can just walk in and out of your house to go to the Spleef Arena? No, The TP/Waypoint is now inside a house and isn't visable to the public. So you wouldn't care if i built a bigger house over yours!? Of course you would!

If you had asked either of them nicely to take down the house im sure they would have done so. However since you decided to be a total douche bag about it i doubt that they will fix it for you.

Well you can't because I have evicted you. Above this I have legally purchased the plot from it's former owner so you building on it without my permission would technically be a grief.

As for the kill. Whether or not "Person A asked Person B to come to him (with a /tp, waypoint or just plain old walking) and then kills him" could be regarded as a TP-Kill is contested. I myself think that while it is _not_ a TP-Kill it is unbelievable assholisch behavior that should not be allowed. Then again, as far as I can determine from this spam, Person B knew that there was "bad blood" and could have expected this to happen. Therefor I don't think any punishment is in order here.

However I would like to grab this opportunity to explain a thing about Cities and Towns and horribly ugly CobbleCrap. As you all know we have 4/5 "official" Cities. The rest of them are just unsanctioned player-made things that may or, more commonly, may not be a successful Towns. What does the word "unsanctioned" mean in this case? Well thankfully the perfect example popped up right here.

It would, in fact, not be grief. You have NOT purchased the city since the seller had NO city to sell in the first place. What you have purchased is an _unzoned_ area with some buildings in it. There is exactly shit all you can do about people building in empty areas as long as doing so does not touch anything else. It is INCREDIBLY assholish to do so but I won't step in. Why? Because there is nothing in the rules to stop people from doing that. Yes, the oh so hotly contested "Safe Zone"-rule covers it if the city is acknowledged. But outside of the 4 Major Cities, no city/town/CC is. What this boils down to is that if you have a city: make a good topic explaining the city-to-be and get it acknowledged or (better yet) zoned. Because we sure as hell aren't going to run to the call every time some random two-bit collection of dirt shack starts crying for someone to piss off.
