Forum suggestion

We only have a few forum staff members (four I believe) This just seems like nothing compared to ingame staff members. I just feel that threads often get cluttered with unnecessary reply's and are often never taken care of. I just feel like we need more forum staff. I know I recently requested ingame staff aswell but me wanting a staff position has nothing to do with it

I do think we're overstaffed ingame though. But yeah, we have 4 more forum admins than the ones we need.

We are overstaffed ingame mabey orc could bring back moderators and make some of the more inactive staff mods

And what rights would you take away from these mods-to-be?

I feel like we may have alot of staff, but alot are inactive. Right now on the regular server I barely see staff, because of this I see no reason to remove staff.

Honestly Filler, I don't know. But heres an idea. As lolyounoob said we have some inactive staff. How about making a thread and all the staff members have to post in the thread, if they don't we could remove them from the staff.

But some staff are active on the forums, but not active at all on the server. If you look at the bottom of the page where it shows who has connected, SlaveofRH is always there, but NEVER comes on the server. Maybe look at the lastlogin of a bunch of them, and if it says a really large number, or never, give them warnings to demoting them.

Seriously though, we don't even NEED staff, we just get some to make our life easier... In theory, every single problem on the server can be solved by a single person if it's posted here. If it's not posted here, it's obviously not a big deal.

Yea or make a date of when they had to last be on the server for example: June 30th if they haven't been on the server since June 30th demote them. The reason why pete is because inactive staff members annoy me, if they aren't going to play you may as well give the job to someone who WILL play.

I've said it many times over the past several months. I'll say it again to some great irritation:

Just because a staff member isn't on at the SAME EXACT TIME as you, does not mean that Staff member is "Inactive" or "never logs on". You folks seem to forget that life, and the server, continues on after you log off. The mere fact that y'all are not on at the same time does not mean nobody is EVER on.

I get fucking tired of people complaining "Staff is inactive". Bull shit. I never get to do anything of my own on the server because I'm always attending to duties when online. Pisses me off when it gets dismissed as never happening.
