Suggestion: Off Topic Forum

I think the OT forums here should have the children forums on the top, instead of on the bottom. Or at the very least, make it so you can't post immediately in the OT forums, but only in the child forums.

It's very confusing to look on the forums, see new posts, but have them seemingly not there. There's instances where that happens a few times, then I remember "Oh, right... allll the way on the bottom."

For some reason the sub-categories have stuck to the bottom of the page, I can't see a way to bring them back to the top, maybe Invision will know.
