Are The Plugins Broken???

I have been trying to do stuff on Orcworm.co.uk and i can't do stuff that i used to be able to do...

Things that don't work:
1. netherack "turning on" when powered
2. soulsand turning into glowstone when powered
3. some runes not working

And thats all that I have come across, so are the plugins updating or something?

Im just curious or are those plugins just gone and are no longer applied on the server?

Well I've spotted one person that uses Falsebook then. ;p

That is not a good sight, ideally I'd want atleast 20-30 of those removing, starting with the heaviest plugins such as Falsebook.

Runecraft has not been changed, so it's likely a user error.
