I'm considering selling my plot in spawn, anyone interested?
I'll most likely be running an auction style sale, starting at 20k. That is, if people are interested. I'll add a poll.
Keep in mind, this is the only double (21x15) side-by-side plot in the main street. Its location also serves for an easy to find shop, as it can be seen right in front of the end of the stairs when decending the spawn tower, as well as its location being straight forward at the bottom. Items literarly sells themselves. Over a fairly long period of inactivity this plot earned me 40-50k gil, plus other cheap assets sold to the shops. There have easily been transactions amounting to more than 150k gil on the plot since I bought it.
The two plots originally cost 10k, but with the lack of free plots and the good location I will slap an extra 10k on the starting price.
