Due to low interest, the auction is cancelled. I will be dividing the plots in two, leaving one plot for personal use and one for giving away.

Since I announced it would be given away, I have gotten 3 PM's from people who want it.
2 of those tried to buy me off with donations to the server, those will not be getting the plot. It's not like the server has a lack of donations, plus I won't ever see any of them anyway.
So here goes: The new owner of my spawn plot will be Spxify!
In addition to that, he'll be getting both plots if he agrees to keep a teleporter accessible by the public to my mob trap somewhere on the plot. I will also need to retain build access to the plots, in case I need to fix the teleporters or put down signs regarding the mob traps function.
I need staff to do this:
-Remove the zone 'skoglol_spawn'
-Create a new zone for Spxify on the plot located at -367, 30, 131. I've marked the diagonal with signs on top of cobblestone.
