Read, reply, create topic, create gallery (pictures), check calendar.. Almost anything, except for "moderating powers".
In-game mods:
Admin Discussion permissions, as they need it to be able to read it..
in-game Admins:
All moderator powers within General Discussion, News, Admin discussion and city/town/village discussion..
Forum Moderator:
All moderator powers within all the sections.
Forum Admin:
All permissions there is.
Forum Developer:
All permissions there is.
Owner:
All permissions..
