    I would like to make it clear as day at spawn (not actually me but you know what I mean) that "OP" will not be given out.

    Shortshooter28 is not the only one to ask this, and I doubt they will be the last, so I think it would be a good idea to make it clear as day at spawn, somehow, that no one will get "OP".

    I don't think posting it in the rules would work because when someone joins the server for the first time, I teleport to spawn and follow them and I see that most of them just skip the rules, then they go break a honeypot haha.

    I think that asking for "OP" should result in a 24 hour temp ban, but, that's just my opinion.

    That wasn't my call but I agree. Gamem gave them a 1 hour temp ban and they came back when it was over and asked again.

    I have more of an attitude where by banning every hopeless idiot that joins our server, we're loosing than we're "gaining".

    Ok.
    This is getting off topic so I will bring it back. Can we do anything about this? It's getting very annoying when people ask for OP and don't take no for an answer. It is a SMP server and they don't realize that.
