The way you're describing this is kind of ambiguous.

If you mean that:

--- He teleported you to him, then this is an illegal kill.

--- Someone else teleported you to him, and all he did was agree, then it was a legal kill.

Now, some factors that can turn this around.

How did this teleportation request come about?

- Did he ask you to teleport to him?
- Did you as to be teleported to him?
- Did he invite you to see something with him?

To make this sound easier:

- If he asked for you to be teleported to him, and some donator went through the procedure of asking, and both of you gave your consent for the teleportation to take place, then this was an illegal kill.

In this case, he had the intent on killing you by asking you if you'd like to be teleported to him.

- If you just wanted to see what he was doing, or wanted to maybe be a gentleman and help him out with a project, and thus, requested to be teleported to him, then this was a legal kill.

In this case, it could have been his intent to kill you, however he didn't propose anything. _You_ are the one who proposed the teleportation, and _he_ is the one being teleported to.

In that case, just explain the whole situation, and I'm sure this can be settled for you.

Nope, he told me to come see his home. I agreed to the tp. I said "Cobble...really" and then he killed me.
