I created a topic on this also and used proxys to vote 40-50 times and no one has voted since then

I cant vote an there are no proxie apps for the ipod
@Invision: Give them time, we just upgraded to bukkit and it will take some time for ppl to realise it.

well, if you are NOT using wifi on your ipod/iphone it will be switching from cell tower to cell-tower and will not zero-in on a single IP, also if you go to system preferences->safari->proxies you can set it up there!
