I recently was banned for x-rating which I admitted to. Then I donated 15 US dollars to get unbanned. From what I understand the x-ray bans are handed out based on block placing/deletion. After deleting the x-ray mod how do I know I won't be accused for x-rating based on previous tunnels? Thanks guys.

Also considering that it is mainly yarwood who patrols chaos for xray, you shouldn't have a problem as he is aware of the case. It is highly unlikely you will get introuble again for xray on chaos. If you do, just simply explain and you will be unbanned. Anything 10.23.11 and before will be exempt from your record.

well of course you've never SEEN them do it twice, if they've been banned once by it, they will probably be way more cautious the second time

I still think that it should be how it had been. Once you have been banned for x-ray the first time, it should be a permanent global ban, without appealability (assuming decent evidence is provided).

However there still is the option to pay for a second chance AFTER x-raying, which I disagree with.
One time I heard from a polie officer that when you are cheated on in a relationship with them, but you forgive them and allow them a second chance, they are very likely to eventually cheat on you again as they got away with it once. I realize that this is not the same thing, however te philosophy behind it, is more or less the same

Ciphon speaks of great sense, but being my kind loving self, if we illuminate the previous problem they caused, then there's no issue them returning and the donating is just a bonus i guess.
